I'm bang on 5'7 and am currently at 165lbs but goal is 143! Im a aus 10-12 but would love to be roomy in a 10.0

I'm 5'7" and I'm currently 162, down from 167. My goal is to get to 142. From there, we'll see, but I'd be very happy to hit that goal.0

I'm 5'6" and have a goal of 125... but it might end up being 130. The 125 number is more there to keep me in check. Some people say a good way to maintain a healthy weight is to just try to lose 1 more pound all the time... but fail lol.0

5'6 and have gotten to 121 do not want to lose anymore but gain some muscle. Finally not focused on scale because I know to build it will go up0

I am 5ft 7 and would be happy to get to 150 currently 190 but it really depends on your frame - I am large build but I have friends the same hight who are really tiny - I would never get as thin as them - you have to find the best weight for you -0

Depends on your body type. Im 150 and love my curves. If I get down to 125-130 I look anorexic. I would like to get back down to 140. But im happy where im at0

I'm pretty much the same - 5'7, currently 173 lbs and an Aus size 10 - 12. I used to be 329 lbs, I was aiming for 159 but 1) loose skin is a problem and 2) I can see all my ribs, so even though I'd like to lose more fat from my lower body I'm fairly happy maintaining weight (18 months maintenance now). I'm working on lowering my body fat % rather than being a specific weight on the scales. I started at close to 50% body fat and now approx 26%.0 -
5' 6'' and maintaining at 140-144, which makes me a UK size 120

I'm 5' 6" and aiming for 133lb, which is a weight I was happy at before. I probably should aim a little lower, as at 133lb my 'last places to lose' were still clinging on to some of their fat!0

I am 5'6" female, 61 years old. My goal is a livable 160 pounds, anything lower than that will take lots of exercise and work on my half. This is going to be my realistic goal this time. I have tried the 145 pounds, and the 150-155 pounds, it just did not work. Hopefully, I can manage 160 pounds this time. I need to make a life style change with eating to make it work and to check my weight once in awhile so the weight does not creep up again. .0

I'm just under 5'7" and weigh about 160 (haven't weighed in for a few weeks). My first goal is 150 and see how I feel. When I was in my best shape I was about 140-145, but that was back when I was in high school, danced competitively, and lifted twice per week.0

I'm 5'6 1/2. Currently 163, aiming 20% or less body fat, which should put me around 155. I have a large frame and am pretty muscular, so it is really tough for me to get any lower than that.0

I am 5'7" my goal is 125. But ultimately I'd like to be 130 and a size smaller. (lift weights to gain and lose at the same time) Keep in mind that my body type is like a board. I have ZERO curves.0

I am 5' 7" and ideally would like to be 135-145. A few years ago I got down to 145 and loved myself again then I quite smoking and met the love of my life and gained 50lbs.....So now I want to get back to loving myself even if he thinks I am beautiful no matter what. Everyone if different do what works for you and your body type. I also want to gain muscle and weight is not always everything it is about your over all health and how you feel about yourself. You can do anything you put your mind to!!!!0

I'm 5'7 and 145lb currently and wearing a size 6 jean at old navy and 8 dress. I want to be 135 as a goal and be wearing a solid 5/6 long term.0

It's interesting to hear all of the different clothing sizes! I'm currently moving towards a size 8. Yay! It would be nice to buy some size 6 clothing again.
When I lived in NYC and was a vegan who walked EVERYWHERE my weight went down to 125 and I was wearing a size 3/4. Even fit a few 2's. My lifestyle will never be that active again. lol0 -
I'm 5ft7 and my goal is 147, been stuck at 158/159 for a month or two now though, although I think I have more muscle.0
