    I think it's a great tool to track your nutrition and eating habits plus, writing a log about your emotions and your day to help understand how your thoughts, emotions, stress or health problems affect your food intake. Plus what foods may increase lethargic or brain fog after eating them, and what foods help you feel more alert or satisfied after eating them. I know if Iam stressed or emotionally hurt I will eat for comfort and I want to track this to try to know this ahead of time and control those urges to eat to try to fill this void. I have to retrain my brain to know food is for maintaining your health and body and not your soul or a substitute to feel better for the moment!
