So I can fairly say that I have not used this app in a good 3-4 months and I feel ashamed. I really enjoyed logging my food and exercise and hitting my steps goal and I just didn't keep it up. Tomorrow morning I am starting it all again! Anyone else been through this and any tips on how not to forget! X

    When you set up your profile you can put a reminder to your phone

    Pre-plan and log your food the day before.

    yes, preplanning your meals helps! I even pre log my exercise! It helps me to feel obligated to do it. Especially, if I happen to eat back a few of those exercise calories! :smiley:

    You can set up reminders. I get an email that makes my phone scream at 2pm if I haven't logged any food. Twice now, its actually reminded me when I forgot, so it really is handy for keeping you on your toes with logging :)
