Insanity NSV

Hello everyone,

I am J.P.. I started my journey to loose weight 2 months ago. I started out 410.6 and now I am 373.9. I have not seen the weight difference yet other than the scale and one other NSV moment. I got a shower the other day and when I wrapped my towel around me the tips of the towel was touching. I have not been able to do that in years. Needless to say, I did "the dance" right there in the bathroom.

I started Insanity a few weeks ago. I am on the 2nd Fit Test. I wrote the exercises down on a piece of paper and did not write the first Fit Test results down. I did not want to go into the exercise "knowing" what my prior results were for the mental state of, "oh I did 10 the first time, I will do 15 this time and be done". I waited until after I was done and than wrote my numbers on the Wall Calendar.

I just wanted to share my numbers because, well I did "the dance" again.

With all the effort you have put in it is not a surprise, but a hard earned reward. I am made up for you, it's a great NSV, a great buzz.

I think you would make a million if you could bottle your determination and sell it on the open market, lol.

You are one in a million!!!

Hi there. I just started the videos last week and was wondering what you are capturing as far as calories burned for the workouts?
    Thanks!

You're making awesome progress!! Those push-up jacks are so difficult, I bet you'll be able to get at least 10 in by your next fit test! :)
