Hello all. I just started my healthy lifestyle and the nutritional part is kinda rough. I can eat healthy which is not a huge problem but when I exercise my hunger level sky rises and I'm limited to my caloric intake. Any ideas? I'm always hungry and getting headaches from it.0

It could be more due to being dehydrated as thirst can be sign of hunger so i would suggest drink plenty before exercise during and after hope it helps0
