    Will add you if you want i deffo could do with motivation too especially over xmas chocolate looks too good! :-( but dont want to fail on it again so determind this time i will stick to it i tend to stick to it n lose weight once im down i stop and gain loads again!

    I can't stop eating as it is...
    It's good when you make progress with others on the same journey
    Makes it so much more fun x
