    I have my staple foods, tuna, cheese strings, eggs, chicken and turkey in different forms (ground, breast, wing, turkey sausage!), salad veggies, and when youre craving bread try the muffin in a minure recipe! Its pretty darn good!

    Some grocery ideas: full fat salad dressing, bacon, chicken thighs, asparagus, cucumbers, bok choy, radicchio, mushrooms, okra, green beans, bell peppers, snow peas.

    I follow a ketogenic diet, which is similar to Atkins phase 1. I keep carbs under 20g on most days but I don't follow other restrictions Atkins may have.

    I eat the same meals as my family but cut out the sugary or starchy foods. Ex. tacos e without a shell, spaghetti meat sauce without noodles, steak and salad without the side potato. My oddest yet favourite snack is bullet proof coffee, coffee with 1tsp coconut oil, 1-2 tsp heavy or whipping cream, and maybe a small portion of a protein powder all whipped to a froth.
