Come up with a plan and I know you want to drop the pounds fast but its always better to go slower to let your body get use to the changes remember the faster you loose it the faster it comes back set goals like so many pounds a week or every 2 weeks I hope your journey is full of success -Tiff0

Believe in yourself.
You may have 10, 20 or even 50+kgs to lose, but if you do not believe that you can do this journey, you won't.0 -
Be consistent.
It doesn't matter if you screw up today, as long as you recommit you will get there eventually.0 -

I've read through all of the tips and I think this one's the most important. As long as you are always advancing towards your goal, you can figure everything else out as you go. Never give up!!0 -
Remember that this s not a temporary "diet". It's a life change for the better. Therefore eat and exercise in a way that you know you can do long term.0

Follow the MFP process (CICO, logging, net cals, etc.), experimenting to see which ones among the appealing-to-you eating strategies and activities make the process easiest and most sustainable *for you*.
By eating strategies, I mean all those things like 3 meals vs. 5 meals vs. 3 meals plus snacks; meal timing (including things like intermittent fasting, big meals at varied times of day, etc.); macro manipulation (high fat, low carb, all that stuff; vege- pesca- whatever-e-tarianism; and so forth.
By "activities", I mean any form of movement you enjoy, including very little movement at all if that's what floats your personal boat.0 -
Don't diet. Eat nutritious meals.
Raw salads are great.
Check your food combinations. Number one nono is carbs and proteins in one meal.
Bad advice - you should pair carbs with protein - the carbs trigger the insulin release which helps to transport amino acids into the cell
Salads are great

Make it a permanent lifestyle change, because being on a diet sucks lol0
