Pre Workout?!?!

I need recommendations on a pre workout! One that works but is cheap still. I've used bullnox and C4 before. C4 was used so long ago I don't remember how it worked. And bullnox was just okay. Any recommendations, for a female? I need energy to help me get motivated to go to the gym! TIA!

    I've used C4 and liked it. I have Mr. Hyde right now and it's okay. Most days I don't even take it because I work out late and they interfere with my sleep.

    Yeah that's my issue is working out after work and needing it, but taking a preworkout at 545-6pm definitely effects my sleep!

    Not to be a debbie downer but whenever I try a pre workout, I get anxious, my heart races and I get nauseous during my workout. So my only pre workout is no food for 3 hours prior and lots of water!!
    Many people say a cup of coffee works great too!

    Walking doesn't require a preworkout. Once you start your workout, you'll have energy. Put headphones on and go! :+1:

    This.

    Once I get to the gym and get going, I'm good. It's just the starting that's hard sometimes if I'm low on motivation.

    A banana mid afternoon before I leave work to go to the gym is my "preworkout".

    "preworkout" is something you take and not something you do?

    Home from work, changed into shorts and tee shirt, warm up, work out, cool down, walk the dog, shower and then make dinner. No? We're supposed to TAKE something?

    Isn't C4 an explosive?

    I very rarely need anything other than a cup of coffee, but on those rare days, powder burn 2.0 by rivalus is awesome. Nice clean focused energy.
