Does anyone use Frylight?

Apparently it's 1 calorie per spray, with 5 sprays recommended. It would be good for scrambled eggs and such if it really is that low calorie and doesn't make the food taste different.

I just have good quality non-stick pans. No spray needed (and in fact spray oils and the like are bad for non-stick pans)

This is what I do as well. Someday I'll shell out the money for really, really nice stuff, but I have a non-stick pan that I picked up at Aldi for probably $10 at most, and it does a great job with my eggs. They don't stick in the slightest.

I have an older Calphalon one that does okay with eggs, but the non-stick coating isn't quite doing its job anymore. I mainly use the one from Aldi.

The oil sprays I had gave my food odd tastes. I just brush some oil in the pans that need it.

I use it, as has been said, with a decent non stick pan, it's not really needed. I use mine mainly for hassleback potatoes and stuff like that. It does a poor job on roast potatoes though.

I love frylight. I use a couple sprays for cooking and the olive oil one over potatoes (to roast in the oven).
