I love turbo fire!!!! This is the longest that I have stuck with a workout DVD. It is way fun. I had trouble at first, but then you learn the moves and it goes much easier.0

A couple of my MFP friends are doing TF and a TF/Insanity hybrid and I'm actually going to buy the set as well! I have heard great things about it, even from those that have done Insanity!0

Hi, I'm kinda new here. Well I got TF for my birthday in April. I did it for 3 weeks and was really seeing results. Then softball started for my daughter, and I kinda lost track and stopped doing it. I'm starting again tomorrow and I cannot wait!
It's a really fun but really tough workout. I think I'm uncoordinated, but it only took me about 3 workouts before I got the hang of the moves. If I can do it, anybody can! lol The only thing I don't really love is the ab workout. My hubby does P90X, and I think the ab workout in that one is much more effective. When I start tomorrow, I'm just going to switch the TF ab cd for the P90X one.
I highly recommend getting TF though, it's great! And you can spread payments over 6 months, so it only costs about $20 a month. Much cheaper than going to the gym...especially with gas prices like this!
Good luck!0 -
I'm new here and do TF how do you count the exercise? Under the exercise tab it's calcuated per reps for strength training. Thanks.0

When I do it, I'm going to put it under cardio, high intensity aeorbic workout. I know I saw Turbo Jam listed, just not TurboFire0

Hi -- The best way to calculate calories burned is with a heart rate montior (that has a chest strap). Otherwise, you're just guessing, and MPF and other charts can be way off for you. Hope this helps.0 -

I just started today and it was the best $65 I've spent (bought mine new in the box off ebay).0

I'm on week two and I absolutely love it! When I'm done you can wring out my shirt I'm so sweaty! Its a challenge and thats what I like to keep me going. Oh and the music is fantastic for this type of high impact work out. Its not the generic music you are normally use to. She actually took the time to get a real DJ to mix songs that have been played on the radio. They keep you pumped!0
