Hey. So I'm back using MFP after leaving it for a while to go travelling. I am back now seriously tracking my diet and I'm also starting T25 on Monday. Please add me if you need any support. I'm looking for people to keep me in track.

I started T25 on Monday 12/7 and saw I gained 3 lbs and I have been tracking my calories, eating decent, and walking. It was very frustrating to see that.0
