I wouldn't think it a 'bad' thing to go over on Fiber.

Though I ain't no dietitian, so I don't know for sure.

Anyone, with knowledge of such things, know?

Thanks!

I go over on my fiber, but I have some digestive issues that require me to do that.
Not sure if it's necessarily bad for someone without issues.

MFP has their fiber set really low. I aim for red numbers every day in both fiber and protein.

A lot of sources recommended aiming for a minimum of about 35 grams of fibre per day (the average Westerner consumes only about half of this). MFP seems to set the fibre figure ridiculously low. I went in an manually changed my fibre figure to 35 grams but I am for at least 40 per day.

Ditto - I know protein is OK to go over (as long as fat doesn't go much over). But Fiber, I really didn't know.

after having to have 3 enemas due to fiber overload, i can assure you that if you go over on your fiber, you better be drinking ALOT more water with it.
