I started march 14th after going to Puerto Rico for 7 days where i ate and drank my self all the way up to 276lbs. I was a college athlete and since graduating have gained 66 lbs and become extremely sedentary working for a pharma software company sitting at a computer all day.
When none of my clothes fit anymore i decided i was going to make a change, using a combination of the eat clean diet, p90x doubles, and this site i was able to exceed my original goals and plan on getting all the way back to 210 lbs by the end of the summer
I lost my before pictures because my phone memory card crashed the 2nd week into my training.
below are some pics from the last 6months prior to starting p90x. hopefully the changes are obvious.
