Go to meal or snack?

Whats your favorite meal or snack that actually keeps you full or satisfied? For me its a scoop of protein in a drink or smoothie...but i cant have that all the time..whats your?

    Greek yogurt with walden farms chocolate syrup and PB2. I don't know why but I love it so hard.
    Ditto on the combat crunch bars-amazing
    Popcorn-80g every night.

    I make my own snack bars. Almonds, honey, pb, rolled oats, coconut, prunes. 150 calories and keeps me full for hours.

    Nut butter and apple slices. I eat that and a Quest bar for lunch nearly every day.

    I don't know that I have a favorite.
    For breakfast I eat things like yogurt, fruit, cereal, a sandwich, granola bar or leftovers.
    For lunch I have things like salad, sandwich, leftovers or a bean and cheese burrito.
    For dinner it is something different most nights.I like soup once a week usually.
    Snacks are popcorn, fruit, trail mix, granola, yogurt or cheese typically. Popcorn is my favorite snack.
