Nice work!! Your transformation is awesome! Please give details on how you accomplished this!! It looks like a great story to tell and motivate others!!
It's pretty wild. In 2008, at 291.5 lbs, I had Lap-band surgery. Got down to 251 ,had major complications and had to have the band removed in 2010. I regained all the weight and the highest I ever saw on the scale was 303. In 2014 I got divorced and moved back in with my parents for awhile. They lived super far from my friends and I didn't really have anything else to do, so I started going to the gym with my dad and counting calories.
From February 2014 to August 2014, I lost about 50 lbs. Then I went on vacation and ended up taking 5 months off from trying to lose weight. In that time, I regained 12 lbs. December 2014 I started up again at 261.5. Although it's been an insanely slow process, I am okay with it. I've lost over 60 lbs this year and finally got below 200 lbs. just by counting calories and going to the gym. Blows my mind that I was able to lose more than I ever was able to with weight loss surgery.0 -

Wow, I remember looking at your post like a year ago and thinking your progress was amazing, but now you look truly sensational. What do you think has helped the most to get the weight off, eating right, cardio or weights? You could be a Suicide Girl lol0 -

It all comes back to the food for me. I can still lose if I don't work out, I just don't feel great if I don't at least do some cardio a few times a week. People ask me if I'm a Suicide Girl ALL THE TIME.0 -
You look amazing!! And I have NEVER seen anyone do their make up better than you! lol0
