    CW 134.2
    GW 125ish we will see when I get to 130 what I am thinking.

    I was 103 when I was a college athlete and gained over 100 pounds after I had my son to move me up to 211 pounds. Over that year I managed to get to 125 and hold that for about 6 years. Then in the last 1.5 years I had gained 15 pounds. I really felt comfortable around the 125 range though.

    Im 5"7, and currently weigh 150pounds ( my heaviest was 153 which was last week) This is the heaviest Ive been in years. My goal weight is 136, and the lightest Ive been was two Summers ago, when I was 133. I loved it, but find 136 a bit more realistic to mantain :)

  • 5'7" tall-my highest weight was 156 lbs about a year ago, now im between 138-140 lbs. (fluctuates) and my goal is 130-135 lbs.. the last pounds are so hard!! :grumble:

    I'm 5'6" and currently weigh 186. My short term goal is to get to between 170-175 lbs because I will be able to fit back in my size 10's at that weight. Beyond that anything else is a bonus.

    Oh, and the most I've ever weighed is 230 lbs.:ohwell:

    I have more muscle than most so I weigh more than most women that wear the same size as me.
    Most people say that I don't look like I weigh 180 something... BUT - I'm not happy with how I look
    when I see myself in pictures, or in a bathing suit. So I'm on here and really loving it so far!

    I'm 5'7. My current weight is 187.2. I'd like to get to 155. My smallest weight recorded is 145. It was very hard for me to maintain that. I did WW for years, but now am calorie counting!

  • Im 5ft 7. I'm currently 181lbs. My high normal BMI is 159. I'm shooting for that first and then I will choose a new goal...might be hot enough lol.

    I am 5'6", my highest weight was 189lbs, my current weight is 166.6lbs. My goal for September is 155lbs, and my ultimate goal is wherever I feel most comfortable.

    5'7" and my goal is tentatively 155

    (although I have never worked out before, so it could be that I won't need to lose that much. I would like to be a comfortable size 10 so whatever that weight is)

    I am 5'7" and my starting weight was around 215. My goal weight is to be about 140-145 and I am determined to make it there and maintain it :) That means loosing 70 to 75 pounds!

    I'm about 5"8.5 and want to see how I feel when I hit 140. I might want to go further but we'll see. I'm 160 now and started at 174 in May. Good luck!

    I started logging on here at 135.8, ~22% body fat
    Normally I weigh 133-134
    I'm looking to get down to 126-128, which would put me around 18% body fat
