I was wondering whats on your shopping lists when you go to the store to pick up grocerys. It would help me make my own shopping list healthier :)

    My normal lists include:

    eggs

100 calorie snack pack dessert (so I dont feel deprived)
    crystal light mixes
    Kool aid (made with splenda)
one healthy choice frozen meal (for that one night I just dont feel like cooking dinner!)
    Blue Diamond crackers (VERY tasty)
    chicken or turkey cutlets
Some type of cereal (oatmeal, Kashi, Fiber one....)

    Few of my staples:
    turkey
    prawns
if i want bread then I buy weight watchers
    leeks
    peppers
    potatoes
    peas
    cucumber
low fat sour cream and chive dip

Always have pasta, risotto rice in the cupboard to throw with most things. I'm not very inventive in the kitchen but I would say potatoes are always good to have around to make chips or wedges or mash (if you use low calorie spray and seasoning you can make some great, less sinful chips or fries as I guess most people here call them lol)

Hope that's some kind of help to you :)

Just shop on the outside of the grocery store and down the baking isle. That will keep you pretty healthy. Outside being fresh produce, meat, eggs, dairy/non-dairy alternatives. Then down the baking isle you can get your flour or whatever you use.

What are omelet cups you make inside of a pepper ~ your recipe? Sounds interesting/yummy. I googled it but didn't find anything other than omelets w/peppers.
