I've been on a ketogenic diet for 4 weeks now and would like others to talk to going through the same thing. Let me know if you're interested in starting a group for encouragement and support. Thanks

    There are already a few active groups you may want to look into. There is the Low Carber Daily which is the most active and has many keto'ers, keto, and Reddit Keto groups.
