Support system

Hi I'm Anthony, my personal trainer pointed me in this direction and so far am very happy to be on this app.

I thought I'd share my thoughts regarding support systems. From my experience I thought being myself a qualified personal trainer that I should know how to do everything with regards to fitness and health. But this is not the case, everyone has different circumstances and situations that can hinder growth or increase it.

I thought for this whole year 2015 I could achieve my fitness goals on my own I havnt yet. Until I came to learn that it's so important to have a support system such as the trainer who I go to once a week. It can be family support if they take a somewhat active positive role to help you keep going. Friends can be too, a fitness class,even a counsellor.

I'd just like to spread a word out there that you don't have to do something alone positive or negative. You just gotta make tat step by reaching out and taking it from there.
