Time to get back to a healthy lifestyle

I've been battling health issues and it's caused me not to want to workout or log my food I have severe anxiety and stress and I've already been told I need to get better in order to stop my medicine that they have me on currently and I'm just getting over Shingles which was very painful. My goal is working out 3-5 days a week and hitting the gym and logging every meal and trying not to cheat. I'm not letting my family tell me anymore negative comments regarding my health or weight when my mother in law doesn't do anything but lay in bed all day we live with her and help much as we can my husband is disabled and I work for our local school district. Please feel free to add me as a friend

    I'm 37 and have been dealing with a lot of health issues that I need to get under control

    The exercise will definitely help with the anxiety and stress. :)

    Omg been kind of in the same boat.. I was diagnosed w ulcerative colitis about a year or so ago. Been trying to get back into my workout routine and eating healthy again but so hard!!!

    Hi yes it is I've been dealing with severe anxiety and stress and than a week ago I found out I had Shingles at 37 and the pain made me not want to workout let alone eat this week will be better as I'm going to start back on track

    Hi all im kate ive had awful few months recently been diagnosed wit meningioma a tumour in brain docs have told me that surgery for removal folowed by radiotherapy is way forward. Im schedule d for op in jan si for recovery purposes im trying to shift a few pounds n get all vitamins ill need for post op ill keep u posted kate xx
