Well it is monday June 13th and here I go trying my best to behave and get rid of this extra weight.....

You'll do fine! It's a long mountain to climb but it can be done......watch your steps carefully and try not to fret over little mishaps. Like anything else we aim to achieve, it takes time and effort. MFP is the perfect adventure assistant, makes it easy to see things we need to change in order to make the climb go a little smoother. Up we go, climbing climbing, with the downhill side in our sights. Good luck and keep your chin up.0

I just started too! I have lost ten pounds before I heard about this website. But it took me 15 weeks to lose the 10 pounds! So I hoping I can get going on this a little bit faster.0
