In 11 days I have lost 4 pounds!!

my main goal is to be 130lbs again and after I reach that I want to get toned and fit. I started off thinking I'm going to workout everyday but I still haven't found a schedule that works best for me. I started counting my calories. I started eating mainly chicken, veggies, and fruits. I cut out soda completely and I treat myself to a "cheat" once or twice during the week but still maintain to stay under my calorie goal of 1,328 a day. I am very excited because this is only the beginning and I can't wait to Loose even more!!

    That's a nice loss. Congrats. Sounds as if you're going about this the right way. Start moving if you can--you want to preserve your muscle as much as possible. Good luck.
