Got fat again

Ok so I was overweight, lost over 100lbs and kept it off for 5 years. Now i am slowly gaining it all back. I need something to motivate me. Please help.

You could keep a picture of yourself at your fittest in a place where you will see it often. Putting one at the fridge door might help you think twice if tempted with idea of eating something with high calories.
You could join a group exercise class like Zumba or maybe see if there is a local meetup for people to walk or run together. Meetup.com could be useful with finding local exercise folks.
Look into alternative ideas of how you want to exercise. I rediscovered my childhood love for rollerblading and found out the activity burns more than 500 calories in an hour. If you are having fun while losing weight, than you will more likely stick with it and not feel burnt out or frustrated.
Make a reward system for every big milestone you reach. It could be a new outfit or going to a movie.
Make a list for all the perks you will get if you keep being healthy.
Write down helpful, positive, and healthy things you can do when dealing with a craving or trigger. The WRAP book helps me personally. People use it mainly for medical issues but it can be used for issues around eating and food.
I keep reminding myself that I am not just losing weight for myself (although that is and should be the primary reason) but I want and need to lose weight and stay healthy because I have someone very important in my life who depends on me to take care of them. When I am not doing well, he is affected. This is the biggest motivation in my weight loss journey.

Be kind to yourself, you know how to eat sensibly. Take a look at your life, planning, scheduling of your days etc-- if a change like a new job, kid, moving house, divorce or marriage etc has derailed you then make time to take care of yourself. Don't be scared or anxious, that's a distraction from making positive change.0
