Eating a flour breakfast taco would not make you weak. Read the stickies, losing weight does not have to be difficult.

Slow and steady wins the race. It's not won by brief battles with flour breakfast tacos. It's a slow, constant, deliberate slog.

Fighting for one's health is a good thing! Any food (including a breakfast taco) can work in a food plan, so long as it doesn't exceed your calorie allotment -- and it satisfies your hunger. For me, in the past I would eat chocolate cake for breakfast, thinking that as long as I didn't eat anything else all day, I'd still be on my "diet". Of course, I came to realize that I was still hungry (or even hungrier) by lunchtime anyway. Then, come dinner time I'd still eat that meal, too. SO, I learned an important lesson: eating sugary treats does not work for me. They only trigger me to want more. Just remember that health and fitness don't arrive by a certain date (your friend's wedding for example), so embark on this knowing that it's a good step for YOU... Good luck!

^Agreed. Nothing bad about breakfast tacos. And if you make your own, you can control the quantities of the ingredients to help you fit it into your calorie goal better.

The taco exceeds my caloric intake. I can't have it y'all. I did have tasty oatmeal. I am not keeping myself starving.

What is your intake set at if a single taco exceeds it?

I'm curious too. 1200 calories should be your bare minimum calorie intake, anything less is a crash diet, unhealthy and unsustainable....people on crash diets usually gain it all back and then some anyways. Try to find something sustainable.
