Hello! This is the 3rd time I've downloaded and started using mfp, but it's been a month so I think I'm serious this time I'm in my mid 20s, trying to eat better and exercise more, and go from 160 to 145 lbs. Just generally I want to be in better shape and eating less sugar. I'd love friends to help motivate me to keep at it!
