Pizza

Well had 3 pieces of pizza today but it was homemade with thin crust and mostly veggies for toppings. It is a tradition for us to have this pizza during packer game
I still haven't hit my calorie intake for the day, do don't feel bad.

    I had pizza this weekend, it wasn't homemade and I went over my calories. I don't feel bad. :)

    I'm glad you enjoyed your pizza and the win! This is exactly what moderation is all about: enjoying food but limiting amounts over the course of the day.

    I'm an MFP member, so kudos on the pizza. I make my own pizza all the time so I can control the serving and make it healthier.

    However, I'm also a Bears fan, so you get nothing but disdain on your choice of football teams :p

    Scrape off and eat toppings - throw crust away. All good! :)
