Map my walk, map my run, map my Bike, map my fitness. A lot of people also use the fitbit and the under armour apps.

    I use Fitbit.

It gives me an accurate estimate of the calories I've burned throughout the day and sends them to MFP so I get to eat more and lose weight sustainably.

No need for entering in each exercise manually in MFP.

Strava, Endomondo, and RunKeeper all connect. I've found Endomondo gives very high RMR calorie burns and reports gross calorie burns with that included. Strava and RunKeeper seem much better for biking.

I'm excited to start with my Fitbit (on my Christmas list) but I was disappointed to find out that it cannot be worn in the pool as I do some aquafit classes and would love to get a.more accurate calorie burn to see how it compares to what I'm logging. :(

I love my fitbit even though it's not waterproof. Between MFP and fitbit I've had more motivation and success with my fitness and health goals.
