What is the. best kind of protien t o be eating or drinking if t get enough from real food? I saw 100 percentage whey, complete, lean etc

    Whey is real food. It's dried and you reconstitute it with water. It's processed but not fake. If you can't eat enough whole food, then drink it. I drink EAS 100% whey that I buy at Target. Good luck.

    I use the dimatyze kind and is the best tasting and it mixes pretty well! It's a little bit more expensive than the GNC brand but is worth it

    Try the mts whey protien it is really good and works good 25 grams of protein one scoop

    Protein worlds whey concentrate, beyond yourself New Zealand whey, ON casein. Generally mix one of the wheys with the casein for a mixture of fast and slow absorption.
