Its a struggle, feel like I have the upper hand now. My tips: baby carrots and water to kill the cravings. Logging everything made me realize some of the garbage calories I was putting in. getting in the habit of some exercise (I bought a used bowflex off craigslist for $75 and have used 21 days straight) motivation from friends and MFP. YOU CAN DO IT!

Make the goal easier. Seriously. Set a goal you can't avoid meeting. One sit up every morning or whatever it is - as long as you know you'll hit it. It's best to set yourself up for success at first instead of setting your goal so far out of reach that you feel you've failed or that it's impossible to hit.

"Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path, and you will find you have crossed the mountain."

Really good advice! I'm going to take it myself. Thanks for sharing.
