Setting new goals and could use some help!

Hello! I have decided to compete in Women's Physique by my 27th birthday.
That gives me a year and a half to get where I need to be in able to be competitive. But here's the problem-I have no idea where to start. My goals have always been performance-related and physique is a different beast altogether. I find myself spinning my tires in regards to what programming I should use, what goals I should set along the way, and I feel like a total beginner all over again, despite over six years of powerlifting experience(but, I like I said, two different worlds.)
As an added curveball, I own and operate a mini farm, pretty much alone as my husband has a full time job and a business of his own as well, so there are days that "excuses" are more important than fitness (i.e. being up at the buttcrack of dawn to pull piglets that are stuck in the birth canal, and then performing emergency care and recon until late that night. I wish I was joking here!)
I need a balance that will allow me to still reach my goals, but I've been doing the same thing for so long that starting with a new goal in mind that is so vastly different from what I'm used to is a little offputting to say the least!
My current stats:
25 years old
Female
138.4lbs
26% BF
Chest:32.75"
Waist: 27.25"
Hips/Butt: 37/38.5"
Thighs/calves: 22.5/13.5"
Forearms/Biceps: 9.5/13"
I'm currently working out without much of a plan, I'm starting Stronglift 5x5 today just to have some sort of routine again (didn't want to start a whole big program until I figured out what I should be doing to avoid putting myself back steps)
I was using IIFYM, simply because "clean eating" was tedious and expensive (hubby is a hardgainer, im not, and we live paycheck to paycheck-buying two separate meal plans each month was getting WAY too pricey). Again, didn't want to figure out a plan before I figured out exactly what I'm trying to accomplish.
So for those of you who have competed/are going to compete/what have you-any tips on how/where to start? Anyone in the same boat as me (you know, the one named SS Good Intentions that's currently sinking?)
