Starting Now, not the New Year!

Hi guys! I did fitness pal years ago and it helped me a lot!
Little background of this year.

I started my weight at 215 last year, once New Year's Day hit, I did a fad diet and got down to 180! I felt amazing! Then we went on a holiday andddd I came back and gained it allllll back. Last night I was at my inlaws house and I saw the scale sitting in the bathroom. I have been in a lot of denial that I gained back all of my weight.
We'll I weighed myself. 217. Two pounds heavier than last year.

So this morning I woke up and new I had to do something and if I don't do something NOW???? Then how heavy will I be after the New year?
