All the things I normally eat - just less of them.

These are my primary sources I base my diet around while I'm cutting...(There's no such thing as a single "fat loss food", so keep in mind that this is just my own individual list and the things that I personally like to consume as part of my cutting plan).

Protein: Chicken breast, salmon, tuna, tilapia, halibut, egg whites/whole eggs , extra lean turkey bacon, extra lean ground turkey, lean red meat(occasionally), cottage cheese.

Carbohydrates: Sweet potato, brown/white rice, broccoli, asparagus, legumes, kale, rolled oats, ezekiel bread, mixed berries, grapefruit, banana (and many more fruits and veggies).

Fats: Avocado, nuts n' more peanut butter, coconut oil (extra virgin/cold pressed/unrefined), extra virgin olive oil, fish oil, unsalted raw almonds, plus all the other "tag along" fat that comes from my protein and carb sources.

Supps: Dymatize ISO 100 whey protein isolate w/ added glutamine, micronized creatine, bcaa, dextrose, pre-workout, Dymatize casein elite, multi vitamin.

Anything I normally eat but less.... In theory. In reality as I'm now checking calories I'm finding I make concious decisions to eat healthier. I even ended up throwing out half a cheesecake yesterday
