I have been trying this weight loss for a while now I've done Weight Watchers just recently I was doing pretty good until they changed it to a new program I found myself only eating under a thousand calories which I know cannot be healthy and being hungry all day long so I quit and came back them MyFitnessPal I quit that a lot of times too but I'm here to stay no matter my ups and downs looking for some new friends to help motivate each other and stay on board please add me if you're wanting more friends and motivation

I know how you feel. I have done WW dozens of times mostly with moderate success, if any. Right now, I am seeing a dietician. I have my 2nd appointment with her on Thursday and so far I really like it. I have a hard time staying motivated too so maybe some accountability would be nice.
  • Im diabetic and have seen the dietitian I was told to do carb counting but got frustrated when I slip up and drink a soda pop it would make me like over hundred grams over and carbs in one mistake and then I had to watch the fat intake and protein it just all stressed me out and that's where I lose motivation I need to find some lol

STOP DIETING and eat. I think "diet" automatically brings up feelings of longing, hunger and deprivation. When I first started I added things like drink more water, eat more non starchy vegetables and move more. Drinking more water naturally cut the amount of sugary drinks, and eating more non starchy vegetables naturally cut the amount of starchy vegetables and meat I was eating. I stopped thinking "diet" and started thinking "healthier lifestyle".
