Gained

Gained .2 pounds today, and did not pass my calorie intake. Is that normal. Lost a pound a day first three days, then .2 pounds 4th day, then gained .2 pounds 5th day.

Yes, we fluctuate day to day. It's perfectly normal.

As others have said this is normal.
Personally I think weighing every day will cause too much stress because of the normal fluctuations.
I weigh myself once a week and that seems to work to average everything out.

Even more reason not to panic, if you shouldn't fret over 2 lbs if you are sticking to the plan then you shouldn't even bat an eyelash at 0.2 lbs.

yesterday my weight was up 2.8lbs from the day before (which has been my average weight for 3 months +)
today it's down 1lb from that
so I'm up 1.8lbs from the day before yesterday (and my average weight)

such is the nature of scale weight

    meh

That is the equivalent of half a cup of water difference in your system .... a couple bites of food still progressing through your digestive tract ...
