So about two months ago I was so discouraged about being "stalled' on my weight loss. I had lost about 35 lbs and I had just started working out, and felt like I was busting my *kitten* in vain, as the scale was not budging!

Well let's look at it from a different point of view - the measuements my trainer takes once a month:

Since 4/12/11

Weight loss- 4.4 lbs

VS.

Stomach loss - 2"
Hips loss - 1"
R. arm loss - 1.5"
L. arm loss - 1.75"
R. thigh loss - 2"
L. thigh loss - 2"
R. calf loss - .5"
L. calf loss - .5"

Goodbye 11.25 inches:) I am happy with that!

Amazing! I've decided not to be discuraged until I see results that are not in the direction I desire. Keep on keeping on!

OMG this is amazing! That is the measurement loss I was hoping to see from someone who didn't lose a ton of weight (you have lost a lot, which is awesome, but I'd trade the pounds lost for those inches lost ANY day). Totally cool, and very inspiring. Way to go!
