Just starting out

Good morning all! I'm just starting to tackle my goal of losing 100ish pounds. I'm happy to have found this app to help me log foods. I think it will really help to keep me mindful of what I'm eating. To begin with, I'm hoping to lose 10lbs by the end of January, and start walking 30min a day at least 4 times a week. After that, a new short term goal! Cheers! :)

    Good luck to you - you seem to have a motivated start that includes both long term and short term goals, a daily tracker in this app, and a measurable way to track your progress (using pounds lost, minutes exercised, and a near goal date).
