Keto+Deficit+Wieghts=~.5 lbs/day

Been on this app for a month and I'm able to keep my calorie deficit without hunger I think by staying Ketogenic. My goal is to be 200 with 12% body fat by my birthday in April

    Right now I'm 5'10 260 from my scale that calculates body fat im 36-37% bf once I get closer to my goal I'll get a dexa scan. Sounds like a stretch but if I continue this rate and don't loose muscle mass i confident I'll get there

    You got this! I'm your height and also started at 260 pounds. I'm not where I want to be yet, but am still making progress. Adopting a low carb lifestyle was the first successful step I took in changing my body composition and I'm sure it will do the same for you!
