Just less to non processed. Veggies, fruits, raw grains, plain yogurts, nuts.

Best cookbooks I have ever purchased! Why just 30 days, though? Try taking the "eating clean" concept and implementing it a little bit at a time, for the long term! :)

No processed foods. No refined flours or sugars. No soda. Fruit and veg are fresh or frozen (no sauces). No diet food, skim milk is okay. A good rule of thumb is if it has more than 10 ingredients or you need a chemistry degree to understand what's in it, don't buy it. if HFCS, white flour or sugar are listed in the first 3 ingredients, don't but it.

That leaves fresh fruit, fresh veg, whole grains, lean meats and seafood. Nothing from a can or a box.

It sounds daunting and it can take a week or so to get in the groove, but after that it actually becomes kinda easy. The bonus is those cravings for sweets diminish as the get rid of processed foods in your diet.

I think I eat pretty clean at least 90% of the time.

You may want to goole eating clean but I take it as cutting out foods that are bad for you not as healthy lik fast foods and junk food, sweets, refinded sugars. You want to eat mor lean meat and fruits and veggies lots of green veggies will clean out ur system as far as starches and carbs u may want to limit as much as possible or just buy whole grain items u don't want to cut out carbs completely but a few won't hurt especially if u r working out but again you may want to google :smile. Good luck!
