When a recipe says a meal is 8 servings, how do I measure a serving.

    You eyeball it. Unless you want to try to separate it all into plates and weight it all with your food scale.

    Put bowl on scale, tare scale, add food, divide weight by 8.

    Weigh the whole meal, divide by 8.

    Occasionally recipes will actually tell you how many grams a serving is, so you can weigh out one serving.
