I have 40 pounds to lose need all the Motivation I can get

I told myself last year that at 230 pounds my health was not going to get better it could just get worse and with that I knew I had to do something and so I decided to start watching what I eat and how much and doing some kind of daily exercise so I chose to start walking and within a year's time I'm already down 30 pounds and have 40 pounds to reach my goal of 70 pounds lost and I know I can do I just need some friends that will give me support and motivation and not give me negative comments as I'm trying real hard to get back to a healthy lifestyle and get my health under control as well so I don't feel tired and unhealthy all the time as I do know. I look forward to starting a fitness family on hear and keep in contact with everyone best I can on a daily basis.
