Got Any Good Nutrition Books? (Summer Reading)

I want to change my eating patterns and habits, and would love a good suggestion for a book that I can read this summer. There's so much out there that it can get overwhelming sometimes... eating organic, eating for your blood type, and on and on. If you could post a title of a book that was helpful to you, especially in the realm of eating healthier, that would be great! (Fad diets, not so welcome!)

One of my absolute FAVE books which I am currently reading for the second time - is "Outwit Your Weight" by Cathy Nonas R.D - it's real advice, real tools for losing weight and keeping it off, with real testimonials and stories from people who have lost weight and kept it off. It also has "maintenance" advice, and healthy recipes!!

I really like Tosca Reno's book...."The eat-clean DIET recharged". She really explains nutrition and eating healthy in a fun way and it's easy to follow. Some of the recipes our complex...but you can adjust them to your cooking and budget needs... Once you get her concept...everything else is easy!

    Nutrition for Dummies, actually! ;)
It's super straightforward, teaches you a lot in a fun way, and you can come to your own conclusions about food and diet through what you find out about food and how we operate with nutrients.
