Hello,
I have not been on here to long befor I ended up with a foot injury and had to take some time off just when I was starting to work see some movement ,then I got upset and down on myself. And new to this site was happy to start up last month.So here I am starting again were I left off just as heavy as when I started and a little bit more...Going so good then bang ,start over.
