Hello all! I had a baby about a month ago and I am looking to lose about 40 more pounds while breastfeeding. Needing some suggestions for good postpartum exercises and dieting.

I had my first baby in November, and I am also trying to lose weight while breastfeeding. I have about 50 pounds I want to lose. Is there a group or something we can all join?

Hi guys, I'm 7 weeks postpartum and am still 20 lbs above my pre pregnancy weight. I'm breastfeeding and I think I've been overeating. Time to start logging. My goal is 2100 calories a day. I lost weight after my first baby eating that amount.

Hi!! I had my first little girl a month ago and am still 20lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight. Would love suggestion on trying to figure out how many calories I need to loose steady weight while breastfeeding. I actually think I am eating too little because I am not that hungry. I hope to start working out again too once she is 8 weeks and the gym daycare will take her for an hour or so. Any support/suggestions would be awesome. I will pass stuff along when I figure it out!

How do we know how many calories to add per day? Does this app have a function?

PS don't stress if it takes a few months to lose it all! The initial weight comes off quickly than the rest is much slower. Took 4 Months with my first and 8 months with my second. Hoping to get to goal weight in 6 months this time around.

I'm in the same boat. Baby is 11 weeks I'm down 26 and 20 more to go to reach prepregnancy. I'd love to drop 20 more after that. Anyone want to start a group?
