boil 2 eggs add some cheese avocado and tomato, top with salt pepper and currently a crushed wasa cracker.
Saute chicken breast with salt pepper garlic and red onion
Add frozen veggies, freeze dried ginger soy sauce, serve over rice if you want
Or
Mix hot sauce, butter, cayenne pepper (or not) little bit of water and shredded cheese.. ( whatever kind you like) either heat up separately and dip chicken in or pour over chicken serve with whatever you want.
Or
Put in a salad with balsamic and hard boiled boiled eggseggs
Or
Layer English muffin with chicken, red sauce, mozzarella basil salt pepper. Cook till cheese melts
Put tuna on a salad
Layer tuna, tomato and cheese in bread or cracker of choice, slt ans pepper, put under broiler until cheese melts.
