I totally live on crystal light. I reuse my 16.9 oz water bottles and fill them at night and pop em in the fridge for the next day! If I don't I never drink the recommended 8 glasses per day! AND they just made a bunch of new flavors including appletini....which is AWESOME cuz I LOVE appletini's but I don't drink anymore since I have been dieting, so it's as close to the real thing as I can get!!!

    My new faves:

Lipton Diet Green Tea Citrus 0 calories but 80mg of sodium per serving.
Arizona Diet Green Tea with Ginseng
Fuze Low Calories drinks are good too. About 15-20 cals per bottle.

I get tired of drinking water all the dang time. So to find these 3 drinks that are zero to low cal are amazing is really great.
