hitting 50 and still loving chocolate unfortunately

Retired , finding it harder to resist insight foods. Not hungry its jus there. U ate everything , all the time ,whatever I wanted. Unfortunately being retired I'm not running all over the place anymore. I never had time for many sit down meals . Now I do eat healthy with a few sweet attacks here and there. On the run I hardly had full meals . I'm still active but I also sit and really, really enjoy meals.
So Ill have to wait and see how this calorie counting goes.

There's nothing wrong with loving chocolate or sweets. You can still have them, just exercise moderation and fit them into your calorie goal.0
