Well, how quick do you plan?
What are your stats? Weight, height... and what rate of loss are you hoping to achieve?

All weight loss is not created equal.
Fast weight loss often sacrifices more lean muscle than moderate paced weight loss does. This is great if your goal is just the number on the scale. If your goal is lowering your body fat percentage, or looking good in a swimsuit, then fast weight loss is not for most people.
Pound per week goals
75+ lbs set to lose 2 lb range
Between 40 - 75 lbs set to lose 1.5 lb range
Between 25-40 lbs set to lose 1 lb range
Between 15-25 lbs set to lose 1 -.50 lb range
Less than 15 lbs set to lose 0.5 lbs range
Exercise is for fitness. To make you healthier, to keep existing lean muscle, to achieve a firm look....choose an all around fitness regimen with strength training and cardio. But if your only goal is just the number on the scale....then all cardio will help you get there quicker as cardio burns more calories.0 -
Hey am nine and half stone and gained a lot of tummy weight am 5 foot and looking to lose the tummy weight so any tips to motivate help or encourage would be great0
