Backstory - I had been craving some of those for a long time, but I just can't find them in restaurants here... Found a few recipes online and decided to mix them up and it came out perfect!

1 pound ground chicken
Half an onion (50g ish), minced
1 egg
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
25g (1/3 cup) panko crumbs

Spices - really up to taste
1/2 tsp ginger (more if you like)
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper

Bake for 14 minutes at 400 degrees. I made 16 out of this - 56 calories each (I didn't use the super lean ground chicken). Serve with teriyaki sauce.

Those sound really good! I'm thinking ground turkey would work too.

I was just thinking about something like this today but using chicken breasts. I may add some grated carrot.

Skinny taste has one with chopped scallion, cilantro, onion, ginger and garlic. Huge hit at my parties for years. Your recipe sounds really good!

I should try theirs, I didn't have scallions.

The lime dipping sauce is so good, but I need a little more sweetness to offset the tart so I add 1T honey or agave - whatever I have - to the dipping sauce. Otherwise it's really good!

Cilantro! That is what I was missing. Thanks.
