Hello, I have no idea how this stuff works or what to do. Any healthy living tips on a budget would be great. Umm add me?

Make your own food - much cheaper and healthier than buying prepare processed food. Go online and find healthy recipes. Make a full recipe, and divide into meals and put in the freezer. Then you can just pull out and heat up. If you like sandwiches, roast your own meat and then slice for your sandwich. I bake a chicken breast every week for my work lunches. Then I just slice off what I need each day, weigh it and make my sandwich.0

Good ideas. I either need to find my food scale or buy a new one. I am starting to eat better meals but I have to do better with portion control.0

Portion control is my issue, especially since I quit smoking0
